Back to Work
Hello.
I spent the weekend with my wife’s family visiting various cemeteries around the state. Nothing overly exciting happened and it was cold and rainy.
The best thing that happened was lunch on Friday. We stopped at a place called Pizzeria Seven Twelve. The place was awesome. The food was really good, the restaruant was clean and inviting, the staff was friendly and the food was really good. I sat at a table right next to where the chef/owner was preparing food and I got to talk to him and watch him and his staff work. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and I really can’t recommend this pizzeria enough. If the place wasn’t so far away I would be a regular as I want to try all the things on the menu.

On the gaming front I have been reading Keep on the Shadowfell trying to get a handle on the new 4th edition Dungeons and Dragons. The adventure is pretty linear and railroady but it seems to be a good introduction to the game. The quickstart rules are probably sufficient however there are a few things that are unexplained from time to time. Every character is a variant of a wizard now with the new powers and such. I really like the teifling warlord character, he seems to fit my play style very well.
